Medical Information Bureau - past life insurance approvals and denials
  • check
MVR - Motor Vehicle Report - your driving history
  • check
Rx database - record of any prescriptions you've taken

Good choices for riders should you wish to customize the policy.

With the purchase of a conversion option, your policy can be converted to a permanent insurance product before the end of the initial level term period or age 65, whichever comes first. National Western Life's cost of premiums is more expensive than competing non-medical products at other insurance companies.
